INGREDIENTS (Makes 4 flatbreads)
Flatbread
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella (low-moisture)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Garlic Butter
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (or dried)
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make the dough (Fathead dough)
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat mozzarella and cream cheese for 30–60 seconds until melted.
Stir until smooth.
2. Add dry ingredients
Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt.
Knead until a soft dough forms.
3. Shape flatbreads
Divide dough into 4 balls.
Place one ball between parchment papers and roll into a flat circle (½ cm thick).
Repeat for all.
4. Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium.
Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
5. Add garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and pinch of salt.
Brush generously over warm flatbreads.
6. Serve hot
