Ingredients
Chicken Pizza Base
- 500 g chicken breast (finely minced)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp dried oregano
Creamy Cheese Topping
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup cheddar or parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or heavy cream
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp crushed black pepper
- Optional: chili flakes or dried basil
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Crust
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix minced chicken, egg, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano until fully combined.
Shape & Bake
Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the tray, pressing firmly to create a compact base.
Bake for 20–22 minutes until the surface is set and lightly golden.
Add Topping
