- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
- Lightly sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
