- ⅓ cup psyllium husk powder
- 2 tsp baking powder

- ¼ cup olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, vinegar, and warm water.
- Slowly combine wet ingredients into dry. Mix until a thick dough forms.
