- 1 tablespoon butter
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups cooked low-carb rotini pasta
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the Chicken
Slice chicken breasts into bite-size cubes. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside. - Make the Creamy Sauce
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and ranch seasoning. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits. - Add Cream Cheese
