Instructions
1. Make the Keto Pastry
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, heat butter, water, and salt until boiling.

- Stir until dough forms and pulls away from the sides.
- Cool 2–3 minutes.

- Whip heavy cream, sweetener, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
3. Assemble
