- Korean Doenjang (soybean paste, sugar-free) – 1½ tbsp
- Gochujang (optional, keto-friendly, no sugar) – ½ tbsp
- Soy sauce or Tamari (low sodium) – 1 tbsp
- Garlic (minced) – 5 cloves
- Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp

- Water or bone broth – 1 cup

Cooking Instructions
