  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped pickles
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce

For the Big Mac-style sauce:

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp dill pickle relish
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef, paprika, salt, pepper, and mustard. Cook until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

  5. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Add Fresh Toppings:
Remove from oven, and top with chopped lettuce and pickles. Drizzle remaining sauce before serving.

Tips & Variations:

  • Add sesame seeds on top before baking for a true “burger bun” feel.
