Ingredients:
chia seeds ½ cup
flaxseeds ½ cup
pumpkin seeds (pepitas) ½ cup
sunflower seeds ½ cup
sesame seeds ¼ cup
water 1 ½ cups
garlic powder (optional) 1 tsp
onion powder (optional) 1 tsp
salt ½ tsp
black pepper ½ tsp
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Mix
1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a bowl, mix all seeds, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes until it thickens into a gel-like consistency.
