Ingredients:


chia seeds ½ cup

flaxseeds ½ cup

pumpkin seeds (pepitas) ½ cup

sunflower seeds ½ cup

sesame seeds ¼ cup

water 1 ½ cups

garlic powder (optional) 1 tsp

onion powder (optional) 1 tsp

salt ½ tsp

black pepper ½ tsp

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Mix

1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. In a bowl, mix all seeds, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes until it thickens into a gel-like consistency.

2. Spread & Bake

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into a thin layer.

2. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until firm and crispy.

3. Remove, carefully flip, and bake for another 10-15 minutes for extra crunch.

3. Cool & Break into Pieces

1. Let cool completely before breaking into cracker-sized pieces.

2. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
