1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
½ cup chopped pecans (or walnuts/almonds)
⅓ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (Lily’s or ChocZero)
¼ cup butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
¼ cup granulated keto sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or allulose)
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
