2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter (or ghee for dairy-free)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced and zested
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano (or thyme)
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
½ cup chicken broth
Instructions:
