- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Chicken Bacon Ranch Filling
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices cooked crispy bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in the microwave for 60–90 seconds. Mix until smooth. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Knead into a smooth dough. - Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, crispy bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar, garlic powder, green onions, salt, and pepper. Set aside. - Roll the Dough
Place dough between two parchment sheets and roll into a thin rectangle. - Fill & Roll
