- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets (~4 cups)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1: Prepare the Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add cauliflower florets and boil for 5-7 minutes, until tender but not mushy.
- Drain well and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
2: Make the Cheese Sauce
