Ingredients:

shredded mozzarella cheese 1 ½ cups

cream cheese 2 oz

almond flour ¾ cup

egg 1 large

garlic powder ½ tsp

baking powder ½ tsp

For the Toppings:

eggs 3 large

shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup

cooked bacon crumbles (or sausage) ¼ cup

chopped bell peppers (optional) ¼ cup

chopped spinach (optional) ¼ cup

salt & pepper ½ tsp

Instructions:

1. Make the Crust

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in the microwave for 30-40 seconds, stirring until smooth.

3. Mix in almond flour, egg, garlic powder, and baking powder to form a dough.

4. Roll out the dough into a circle on parchment paper.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

1. Whisk eggs with salt & pepper, then pour over the crust.
