- 250g (½ lb) ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (for mixing in filling)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional but gives creamy “cheeseburger” texture)
For Topping
- ½ cup cooked crispy bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup melted cheddar cheese or warm cheese sauce
Instructions
1. Cook the Beef Filling
- Heat butter/oil in a pan.
- Add ground beef and cook fully.
- Add:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Mix in shredded cheddar and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
- Turn off heat and let it thicken slightly.
