Ingredients:

almond flour 1 ½ cups

coconut flour (for extra crispiness) 1 tbsp

xanthan gum (helps with texture) 1 tsp

salt ½ tsp

garlic powder (optional) ½ tsp

paprika (optional for flavor) ½ tsp

shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup

cream cheese 1 tbsp

egg, beaten 1 large

Instructions:

1. Make the Dough

1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for 30-40 seconds, stirring until smooth.

2. Add almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, salt, and spices.

3. Mix in the beaten egg, stirring until a dough forms.

Oven Method:

1. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Pan-Fried Method:

1. Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium heat.
